Shipping & Returns
We ship all items within 2-3 business days.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post which delivers between 5-7 business days for Regular shipping and 2-4 business days for Expedited shipping within Canada. Due to impacts on staffing and safety protocols maintained by Canada Post, customers may experience delays. (Note: These delivery standards do not apply to northern regions and remote centres or to redirected or returned items).
We offer two types of shipping – Standard and Expedited. For larger orders, we recommend using the Expedited option.
The price of the shipping is calculated in your cart before check out.
A full refund is available for unopened merchandise in a resellable condition and the original packaging that is returned within thirty days of the original invoice. The customer is not eligible for return after a period of thirty days from the original invoice. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. The shipping fee is not refundable.
To return eligible items, please package the item(s) to be returned along with the original invoice and a note to let us know the reason for the return to 131-2967 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON, Canada M6P 1Z2. We will credit the account used for purchase upon receipt.
If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. wrong item), please let us know immediately (within 7 days of receipt) and we will make it right as soon as possible.
We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us. We are also not responsible for the shipping costs back to us. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay the return shipping cost.
Ukustic will accept returns for strings, which have unreasonable problems under normal usage and are therefore clearly defective. Please be aware that it’s a natural property of strings to lose tension over time, which can make them difficult to tune or play. We won’t be able to refund you in such cases.
